Notice of Guard House Vote

Granada Residential Community, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Online voting of the guard house project has been scheduled to start Friday, May 20, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. The purpose of this vote is to obtain the approval of the members of the association for the construction of a guard house at the main entrance on Granada Trail and a one-time special assessment for $5,500 imposed on each lot. The ballot and proxy can be found on the Association’s website located under the “homeowner” tab.
