The Granada Residential Community, Inc. In-Person Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been re-scheduled for Wednesday, September 27th, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Westlake, Building 7, Council Chambers Room (Suite 7100). The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss normal business of the Association and vote to elect two (2) Class A Members to the Board of Directors. Please take a moment to review the updated notice, draft agenda, proxy, and candidacy form on the Association’s website at www.granadahoa.com.

If you have previously submitted a proxy or candidacy statement, we appreciate your participation and ask that you resubmit the updated proxy or candidacy form for the election. Only the updated proxy will be accepted for the upcoming election.

Please Note: All Voting will be held In-Person. Floor Nominations or Write-in Candidates will be accepted during this in person meeting. It is important that you return your proxy, even if you plan on attending, as unforeseen circumstances may occur, which prevent you from being able to attend. The Annual Election Meeting of the Members cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met, either in person or by proxy. If quorum is not met, the meeting will have to be rescheduled and reconvened to a new date and time which could result in the Association incurring more costs.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss normal business of the Association and to present information on current Association affairs and to elect one (1) member to the Board of Directors.

Enclosed in this packet you will find the agenda and a proxy. Even if you plan on attending, it is important that you return your proxy as unforeseen circumstances may occur, preventing you from being able to attend. The Annual Meeting of the Members cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met, either in person or by proxy.
