Turn Circle Construction

Construction on the Guard House will begin this coming Monday, January 29th. Signs will be posted informing residents that construction will be beginning. The Granada Main Entrance/Exit and the front right side of the Turn Circle will be closed to all traffic as we tie into utilities under the street. Construction signage will be posted and updated to direct traffic. This means that the turn circle will be 2-WAY TRAFFIC until that portion of the construction project is complete. Please be aware of any construction activity occurring over the next few months and drive safely. If any large semi-trucks or gooseneck trailers need to use the turn circle, their builder or homeowner will need to contact Essex to arrange timing and assistance. As a reminder, residents are not to engage with construction personnel or contractors.
