Call for Candidates

As managing agent of Granada Residential Community, Inc., we are pleased to announce that an Annual Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect one (1) member to the Board of Directors, approve the 2023 budget and to discuss normal business of the Association.

Attached you will find the Call for Candidates and the blank Candidacy Form. If you would like to nominate yourself or another Member as a candidate for the Board of Directors, please complete the form and return it to Tameka Jackson with Essex Association Management via Email, or Fax by or before the deadline. Please be aware that when you submit your form via email, we will send a confirmation email to you. In order to ensure that the candidate’s name is placed on the ballot, the Association must receive the completed Candidacy Form no later than Sunday, September 04, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.
