Upcoming Trophy Club MUD No. 1 Election

As a resident of Granada you may be location within the MUD District. If you are uncertain as to whether your property is within the Trophy Club MUD District please go to the Tarrant Appraisal District website, enter your address in the property search area and scroll down to the “JURISDICTIONS” to see if the Trophy Club MUD #1 is listed. If it is listed then the following is important information for you.
1. Register to vote. February 5th is the last day to register. All eligible persons in home should register. https://access.tarrantcounty.com/en/elections/Voter-Information/Voter-Registration/Register-to-Vote-or-Change-Your-Voter-Registration.html
2. If you are interested in running for a seat on the Trophy Club MUD #1 you must file the documents with the MUD Secretary by 5:00 PM February 16, 2018. Documents are available at the MUD office 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, TX 76262. It would be great to have a candidate from Westlake.
3. Donate and support candidates that will work for the citizens of Westlake. We will be sending out direct mail in this effort to all voters. We need to raise $3000 to cover these expenses.
4. Election day is May 5, 2018
5. The key issue is Granada Residential community receives no services from the Trophy Club MUD, yet your tax dollars contribute to the operation.
