We are currently experiencing issues with the operating system for the community gate. A preliminary check of the gate system shows the automatic updates to the system were unable to download the latest homeowner directory which means the system was not able to upload and transmit some new homeowner information resulting in some Owners not having gate access at this time.

This notification is to confirm that the management company is aware of the issues with the entrance gate. We have contacted the installer of the gate and they are evaluating the system to determine the problem so the proper maintenance and / or repair can be made. Your toll tag will not work to open the gate at this time; please use your personal identification code to enter the community until further notice. We will send an updated communication once the maintenance or repairs have been completed and the gate is functioning at full capacity again.
