You may now vote electronically on this website. To do so, please log in, and the first thing you see after logging in will be the Ballot to cast your vote. Please remember that ONLY your electronic vote will count for quorum. If you submit your ballot by email or mail, you will still need to attach the Proxy if you aren’t going to be logging into the telephonic meeting. Click Full Story for more information.
